Balinese people in the Island of Bali has great tradition and ritual. Their culture is not only maintained on the island, but also outside Bali. It is not surprising that you will see that the diversity of arts and culture of Hindus in Bali or other countries is not the same as the Hindu tradition in India. The Vedic scriptures never mention that Hindus outside India must follow the traditions and culture prevailing in India.
