It is not surprising that you will see that the diversity of arts and culture of Hindus in Bali or other countries is not the same as the Hindu tradition in India. The Vedic scriptures never mention that Hindus outside India must follow the traditions and culture prevailing in India. What becomes a guideline for Hindus is to rely on the ethics and truths that exist in the Vedas and local wisdom that applies in every country wherever Hindus live in this world.
